Ann is the founder of SherlockHR and is the key driving force behind it’s growth and success. Ann has over 20 years HR experience with strong expertise in Management and leadership training. Ann’s diverse experience includes working within education, financial services, pharmacetials, manufacturing, contruction and broadcasting ranging from small businesses with 10 employees to national and global organisations with thousands of employees. Ann is also a qualified practitioner of psychometric tools.

Ann’s breadth and depth of knowledge and commercial acumen means that she can tailor high quality advice and support that will achieve your companies strategic goals. In Ann’s free time she enjoys skiing and walking her two sheltie dogs. She is also actively involved with her local branch of CIPD and held the position of chair person, she continues to support and attend branch events and is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  




Antony is the Director of SherlockHR and places emphasis on people being the most important asset of any business. Antony firmly believes that success of a business depends on the effectiveness of it’s employees. Antony is responsible for the day to day ‘behind the scenes’ running of Sherlock HR, in particular the financial management and payroll. He is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over 25 years experience, successfully undertaking roles such as Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Revenue Accountant, Royalty Account and Finance Analyst. Antony's diverse experience covers the Utilities, IT Software Services, Recruitment and the Vehicle After Market sectors . He enjoys keeping fit, walking and meeting new people.

Associate Consultant/HR Director

Amanda is an Associate Consultant at SherlockHR. Amanda has spent the last seven years working at Executive level within a PLC company. Her HR career spans almost 20 years gaining exposure to both FMCGs and SMEs in retail, IT and pharmacy industries. She is a dedicated and passionate HR professional which is demonstrated by her achievement of a Master of Arts -Human Resource Management. She has particular interest and expertise in Senior Development Programmes, Change Management, Leadership Coaching, Strategic HR planning and Talent management.

In her spare time Amanda enjoys spending time with her two children.



Associate Consultant/Learning and Development Business Partner

Sharon is an Associate Consultant at SherlockHR. Her passion is to drive organisational development and growth through personal and professional development of its people. Sharon has over 15 years experience in delivering Learning and Development solutions within a range of industries including banking and finance, defence, aviation, education and legal. Knowledgeable in creating programmes that utilise modern formats such as DVD, webinar and e-learning as well as qualified in methods such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Sharon adds another valuable dimension to the SherlockHR team.
